During the selection process, strict analysis and tasting panels must be passed. Once the varieties and Olive Oils have been selected, their flavours are blended together to achieve our superior taste and aroma.

The blending process is the most critical stage, in order to keep the original fruity, sweet, bitter and peppery flavours into a delicious and balanced Olive Oil.

The ARBVS Extra Virgin Olive Oil thanks to its harmonic and balanced profile, is excellent for everyday cooking, perfectly suitable both for cooking and dressing. Ideal for sauces preparation as well as for meat and delicate side dishes and to raw dress fish and vegetables.

The Olive Oil ARBVS is a blend of refined olive oils to which is added a good quality extra virgin olive oil.

Golden yellow in colour and of limpid aspect, the Olive Oil pleasantly highlights the smell of foods, without covering them and is best with all dishes. The presence, in its blend, of good quality extra virgin olive oil gives Olive Oil pleasant sensorial notes.

The olive oil contains vitamin E a powerful anti oxidant that fights the action of free radicals, slowing the process of cell aging.

The Olive Oil ARBVS is an extremely versatile product in cuisine. Suitable raw and also in the preparation of cooked dishes, cakes, sauces and particularly in those dishes where we wish to preserve the original taste and flavours of foods.

Thanks to its extremely low content of free fatty acids and the abundance of oleic acid, it presents a high resistence to elevated temperatures in cooking, witnessed by a very high smoke point . It is thus particularly suitable in the preparation of tasty crunchy fried dishes, or in other types of cooking that require prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

It is suitable also in the preparation of house made sauces and soft and delicate cakes.

Our ARBVS Olive Pomace Oil is the olive oil that is extracted from olive pulp after the first press.

Once the mechanical oil extraction of olive oil is complete, approximately 5-8% of the oil remains in the pulp, which then needs to be extracted with an industrial technique used in the production of most other edible oils including canola, peanut, sunflower, etc.

Comparared with other edible vegetable oils it has a higher oleic acid levels, a monounsaturated fatty acid from omega 9 serie, being the most similiar one to the Olive Oil.

Balanced and with a stabilty that make it the most suitable and recommended oil for deep frying and consumption in foods.

This is the main cooking grade oil variety. It is a light oil with neutral taste and flavour and is the most suitable oil for many cuisine as it does not change the flavour or taste of any preparation. And, this oil is ideal for cooking all types and varieties of many dishes.

Olive Pomace Oil has the same beneficial fat composition as Extra Virgin Olive Oil: approx. 80% of mono-unsaturated fat (the good fat which reduces bad cholesterol) and a mere 10% of saturated fat (the bad fat).




Because of the quality has nothing to do with the presentation. We are selling the same extra quality of our various olive oils into PET format bottles.
